Job Description :
The role of the Support Coordinator II is for maintaining support functions necessary for our daily operations. The candidate will provide great customer service by greeting and directing patients, visitors and physicians to all areas around our facilities.
Under the supervision of a team leader, the candidate will perform necessary clerical and typing duties, data entry, assist with scheduling appointments, and / or assist in collecting, entering and analyzing data.
The candidate will also assist in answering phones and routine questions by staff members or customers to ensure efficient operation of our departments.
This is an Outpatient Rehab Position.
