Creo Simulation Regional Sales Lead

The candidate in this role will need to consistently achieve assigned revenue targets by executing a product-focused sales strategy.

They will also be the trusted source of all information related to the new powered by ANSYS’ Creo Simulation products.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Own Ansys Bookings Number in given geographic territory
  • Drive Opportunities Directly
  • Ability to work with strategic customers as well as SMB customers / channel partners
  • Work Closely with CAD Segment Sales, Channel Partners, and Account Teams
  • Identify methods to effectively generate new, incremental pipeline to grow overall revenue
  • Push and execute the corporate programs specific to Creo and to the field
  • Analyze business situations, and bring ideas + value for future programs
  • Build strategic relationships with key executives (CEO, CIO, CPO, etc.) as well as departmental leads
  • Observe and articulate market trends, what competitors are doing and areas of growth opportunity
  • Establish regular cadence of regional / local user events aimed at driving existing customers and prospects to use and expand use of Creo Simulation
  • Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Proficiency in CAD / Simulation
  • Previous experience selling CAD software or equivalent technology preferred
  • Consistent Top 10% performer; President’s Club or equivalent
  • Interested in going beyond making sales calls, needs to own the product
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with channel partners
  • Strong selling experience directly to customers and through channel fulfillment
  • Successful track record
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
