Our HRIS team delivers the systems and information that support the people in our organization. We work with every day with teams in HR and across the organization to deliver accurately and timely for every associate.

From the basics of making sure everyone is paid correctly to advanced reporting, we cover it all. From our associates at our Home Office, to those associates far and wide across the globe, we directly contribute to their employment experience and satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

  • Create effective, efficient, and easy to understand reporting solutions
  • Analyze data and clearly communicate insights
  • Design and implement solutions for data collection; speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of HR reports
  • Respond to Legal teams and other approved requests for HR information in a timely, efficient, professional, and confidential manner
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with teammates, business partners, and leaders to understand and ultimately solve business challenges
  • Execute standard and custom querying and reporting for HR
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and secure
  • Implement special projects within HRIS
  • Administer assigned functions and assist department as needed
  • What will you need to bring?

  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s (BS / BA) Degree required
  • Proficiency with data visualization
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, especially with complex findings
  • Experience working with large amounts of data efficiently and accurately
  • A collaborative approach to work, great ideas come from everywhere
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking across several projects & ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
