minded individual to fill a part time evenings and weekends Wellness Coach position at the Liberty Community Center.The Wellness Coach performs a variety of duties associated with the day-
to-day operation of the fitness center. They work with members to promote wellness and help members realize their personal best.
Wellness Coaches are responsible for developing relationships with members and providing them with support, education, and encouragement.
Wellness Coaches supervise the proper use of the facility and uphold the rules and policies of the Community Center and provide orientations to new members and may provide additional Wellness services.
Candidates must be 18 years of age with well-developed communication and conflict management skills. Knowledge of fitness, health and wellness principles and how to apply them in providing health and wellness services.
Must be dependable, reliable and able to remain focused in a fast paced environment. Must love interacting with members and helping to motivate and educate them about wellness.
Must be able to work nights and weekends. Candidates must have National Group Exercise or Personal Training Certification.
