The Supervisor, Nursing- Senior Services implements policies and procedures, maintains and improves the level of patient care and standards of care on specific individual unit(s), and assures compliance with established standards and practices and regulatory requirements by all nursing personnel.
The supervisor serves as liaison between administration and nursing personnel.

Maintains confidentiality and privileged communications.
Holds staff to standards of nursing practice.

Education and / or Experience
Associate’s degree required. Minimum one year of experience in Nursing as Registered Nurse required. Minimum one year of experience as Supervisor, Lead or Charge Nurse required.
Prior wound care experience required.
WCC, preferred.minimum three years of experience with wound care / SNF nursing, preferred.
