Kforce has a client in search of a ROV Integrated Services Supervisor in Houston, Texas (TX). Summary : The ROV Integrated Services Supervisor is one who guides a team under demanding offshore subsea services projects and represents the technical and operational lead of the ROV Services team.

This individual is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and safe efficient execution of ROV operational tasks.

In addition, they will also be responsible for the safety, coordination, mentoring, guidance and assessment of all crew-

members and additional personnel that are assigned to the ROV system. Responsibilities :

  • Liaison between ROV crew and other workgroups on vessel / rig
  • In charge of daily routines, procedures, and completion of system and project paper work (i.e. inventory, weekly technical / status / safety reports, dive logs, video logs, etc.)
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ROV system and assigned personnel to conduct the operations detailed in the Project task plan
  • Supervision of the planned maintenance system / schedule and the updating of preventive maintenance records
  • Supervise emergency and running repairs of the ROV system and ancillary equipment
  • Inventory control of the system spares and consumables; Raise purchase requisitions to maintain the spares inventory at the correct level
  • When designated, attend chairing of weekly safety meetings
  • Attend site project planning and briefing meetings
  • Maintain assigned ROV system personnel competence records
  • Participate in Technical / Operational reviews in preparation for the execution of customer operations
  • Guide and mentor crew to become more efficient in ROV tasks and standardized operations
  • Provide Engineering Support, and report to Customer Service, Program Managers and Engineering regarding the performance of Schilling Products in the field
  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
  • Relevant education and / or training will be considered a plus.
