The Global Fraud Management is a new team established topromote and foster a culture of ethical behavior and to mitigate fraud, waste,and abuse through prevention, investigation, and remediation.
In this role, the ideal candidate would workwith key stakeholders to build the global fraud strategy for Tesla and developa world-
class fraud prevention, detection, and response team.

Hands-onleader who will help us define and drive the Tesla fraud prevention strategyand system changes to prevent and detect fraud.
Identify opportunities for automation and help the team grow their skills and develop their careers.
Develop metrics and provide regular reports on team performance and function; oversee functional areas such as quality, metrics or tools development.
Work as part of a global management team with regards to strategy, process improvement, people development and technology implementation.

EstablishTesla’s Fraud Management team and develop the long-term strategy withinnovative, creative thinking and willingness to push the boundaries oftraditional approach, such as the use of data analytics and automation.
Conduct fraudrisk assessment and fraud awareness, training, and communication
Conduct reviews and analysis to identify process deficiencies which could allow inappropriate business conduct, and recommend protocols and policies to address those weaknesses.
Championprocess re-engineering by challenging the status quo of current processes andsuggesting improvements or alternatives.
Work with diversestakeholder groups (Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Internal Audit,Legal, etc.) and users to translate fraud risks, data analytics results intohigh-
level insights and make practical recommendations.
Communicatewith and educate process owners on the importance of fraud awareness andeffective control environments.
raud, trust & safety,risk management, business operations, or a related field, past experience in productrisk analytics and fraud investigations preferred
Proficiency indata modeling and data mining techniques with related analytics to detectpatterns indicative of fraud
Experience ina fraud management role in a corporate Internal Audit department, professionalservices or consulting or within a related industry
Demonstratedstrong leadership skills (i.e. ability to take charge, has confidence to interactwith all levels, can set objectives, will drive results and is a team player),excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work withteams cross-functionally.

Strong verbal,presentation and written communication skills.
Pastexperience managing a team
BA / BS degreein Business or Accounting, MS or MBA a plus
