As the Business Process Solution Lead , you will help transform and scale our $1B cloud collaboration business and ensure collaboration customers fully realize the value of our products.

You will partner with the organization's senior leaders and the broader cross-functional teams to plan and operationalize the transformational strategy needed to take this growing cloud business to the next level.

You will also drive growth by defining optimization solutions to re-home non-adoption activities. Additionally, you will :

  • Define automation requirements, product requirements, and process changes while continuing to ensure our customer’s needs are being serviced
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Partner Success Managers, customers, and partners to understand their key use cases and problems and identify solution requirements
  • Prioritize and scope non-adoption activities
  • Identify holistic end-end solution, short and long term
  • Engage solution experts and PMs to automate, refine our product or offer, redirect activities to another organization, or eliminate or build the capability in another team
  • Work closely with the Interim Service team that will centralize the tasks currently being performed globally by 200 agents to clearly understand non-adoption tasks
  • Identify segment or regional variance to the non-adoption tasks
  • Author requirements into Products, Systems and Tools to support the solution
  • Drive forward progress on solution
  • Ensure change management is implemented for the organization including communication and documentation organization, stakeholders, and ultimately our customers
  • What You’ll Need to be Successful :

  • At least 5 years of customer success or product management experience
  • A focus on understanding and delighting the customer
  • Ability to identify an end to end solution and develop staged delivery to rapidly scale the organization’s capacity to drive adoption and reduce churn
  • Solid experience in working in Agile environment as well as continuous development
  • Ability to articulate market needs to stakeholders on a constant basis while growing trust and relationships
  • A passion for working with stakeholders, identifying their use cases, and synthesizing solution oriented requirements
  • Strong experience developing user stories and business requirements
  • Program management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks to completion
  • A self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment, and energy who can galvanize the team to follow
  • Excellent vision, a thought leader, and very strong analytic and decision-making skills
  • Confidence and strong communication skills to help you influence others
