Now we are looking for talented and enthusiastic teams for our Oakridge, CA location to take our guests on an adventure they will never forget.
As a VR Team Lead you will join our team at our Oakridge, CA location to chaperone guests through an unforgettable VR experience.
You will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the attraction, guiding guests through the experience in a safe and timely manner.
And most importantly make sure our guest have a fun and out of this world experience.
Ensure adequate staffing is in place to cover each shift
Assist in the hiring, leading and mentoring of front-line team
Assign positions and shift rotations according to the strengths of the team
Adhere to the company standards for breaks and mealtimes
Perform the duties of a front-line staff as needed
Personify company standards of excellence, hospitality and quality management
Act as a first point of escalation and escalate issues
Real passion for technology and video games
2+ years of experience working in a high paced front-line customer service setting
Previous experience in a leadership role required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college level course-work in related field preferred
Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs.
