Partners with the Learning technology and measurement leader, CLO to develop and benchmark key performance indicators for the learning function to position the learning enterprise as an investment that contributes to Colgate’s strategic initiatives and overall company growth.
Collaborate with the Global Learning team to develop a learning measurement and evaluation strategy.
Identify key metrics and / or indicators to monitor end to end learning demand plan and execution.
Consult with Learning Business Partners to analyze, design, and measure learning solutions to address varied and specialized functional business needs.
Reviews, rewrites, and creates learning evaluation and assessment questions that are valid and create meaningful data to show acquisition of learning, including practice data and scorecards that learners can use when applying new behaviors and skills.
Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Develop creative and valid measures to capture and report behavior change as required for different learning solutions.
Coordinates the administration of surveys through various technologies.
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to translate analysis into insightful data narratives, customized and standardized reporting
Develop and manage partnerships with external experts and vendors as appropriate
Utilize Metrics that Matter(explorance) or / and similar dashboard technology(Tableau) to produce various reports and compile the Quarterly and Annual Training Dashboard Reports.
Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for senior management to aid in forecasting and decision making across the enterprise.
This role requires a skill set that combines research design, quantitative & qualitative methods, data analysis, relationship management, and storytelling with data.
BS / BA Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management, etc.
or Master of Science / research degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analytics utilizing analytics to improve business outcomes or related experience.
3 or more years working with learning metrics, dashboards, and statistical analysis.
Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to tell stories with data and communicate technical subject-
matter to a variety of senior audiences.
Collaboration, relationship building, and influencing skills
Experience with : Statistics, Program evaluation, Utility analysis, Survey research, Data acquisition and organization for the purposes of building statistical models
Advanced proficiency in the statistical software package(s) (e.g., SAS, SPSS, data query tools, SQL, Python, R) as well as Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
