Job Summary :

The primary function of the HVAC Sales Person is to contact, build relationships, with business owners throughout New Jersey.

The primary goal is to sell HVAC Preventive Maintenance Contracts & Demand Service

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Source and contact local business owners.
  • Prospecting.
  • Cold Calling.
  • Submit and Follow up on HVAC Preventive Maintenance Contracts.
  • Submit Quotes
  • Coordinate, schedule and manage trades people.
  • Perform daily visits, and inspections.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 Years of Sales Experience
  • Minimum Associates Degree
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
