We are currently recruiting for a full time IT Intern at our Le Sueur, Minnesota location. This internship could begin in May 2019 and would end in August 2019.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with Incident triage (analysis and structure skills)
Assist with basic db queries (technical SQL skill)
Assist with basic functional spec write-ups (technical writing skills)
Documentation of help / support articles (technical writing skills)
Assist with testing (test case execution, results documentation) (testing skills)
This role may be a member of a project team, based on the candidates skills and abilities, and based on the work assignments of the department.

Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Reports to the Application manager. Due to the nature of this position employee will have regular contact with almost all employees for the purpose of obtaining and providing information.
Employee may work with highly confidential human capital and business information.
Researches and performs work on special projects as assigned by the Application Manager
Safety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
Support safety policies and programs.

Junior or senior status in bachelor’s degree program or second year status in associate degree program with a major of information technology required.
Courteous and professional customer service attitude; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percents, decimals)
Technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information
Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting professionally with applicants (both pleasant and difficult situations) and relating to other employees
Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential information; attention to detail.
