Review Broker Price Opinions for Accuracy Review market analysis on property's Review reports from brokers and correct errors Property analysis, flow management, tracking of accuracy Communicate with brokers in area for property's Modify values in appraisals, if qualified, when warranted and support the decision with brokers SKILLS NEEDED Need to be organized with a good work ethic.
