Position Requirements

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 4 plus years of experience developing TM1 and Planning Analytics models.
  • Position Summary :

  • 4 plus years of experience in client / business facing role.
  • Responsible for reporting various types of data, maintaining and developing reporting systems and providing training / support to team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance or Accounting
  • Proven ability to organize, interpret, analyze, and accurately report information and financial data.
  • Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Managing the maintenance and support of our financial accounting models.
  • Creative problem solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge of systems and processes to achieve desired results.
  • Liaison between Finance team and Information Technology team for financial system related issues, updates and enhancement projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, carry work through to completion using own initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborates business leaders to gather and analyze data and data requirements.
  • Maintain current reporting systems; assist in the design and development of new queries, spreadsheets, reports and report formats within area of responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals with diverse backgrounds and from all levels of the organization.
  • Translates strategic business logic into technical report requirements and schema design with members of Information Technology team.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training to team members on TM1 and Planning Analytics.
  • Performs and completes ad-hoc reporting requests of moderate complexity.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Microsoft Office, SAP, BI, IBM Cognos
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with IBM SPSS Modeler or similar tool
  • 1 plus years of supervisory experience
