Core Responsibilities Include : Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Payable Zoho ticket channels Completing ticket quotas as well as be available for requests Providing agent support on topics such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Company Stock, Revenue Share, etc.

Required Skills : Provide accurate, valid, and complete responses to agents using the agent’s preferred medium, including in person Must be able to work a 6 : 00am -

3 : 00pm PST schedule Monday - Friday Accounting experience 3+ years of high contact customer service experience Ability to deescalate poor situations and turn them into positive experiences High School Diploma / GED
