Underlimited supervision performs a wide variety of specialized, complex tasks insupport of the customized -business requirements of a Salesteam.
Overarching responsibilities include interpretation and executionof Newmark Knight Frank Sales and Marketing department operationalpolicies and procedures.
This position retains latitude in formulation andimplementation of new procedures and processes within the Sales team that areconsistent with corporate objectives.
Maintain confidentiality of Sales,Marketing, Client, and proprietary information and data in all communications.
EssentialJob Duties :
Participatesin the formulation and strategy for marketing properties and expandingbusiness.
Createsand produces electronic and / or direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease ofproperties to include customized property information materials, comparablemarket analyses, market and industry research, and targeted mailing lists.
Assessesteam and client needs to determine appropriate methodology, format, and mediumin creating marketing and presentation materials.
SupportsSales team members in the implementation of business marketing strategies forclients upon closing of sale.
Managesand updates marketing infrastructure which may include a database system,intranet, and external web site, including data on all prospects.
Determinesdata requirements and provides direction to a centralized function within theSales team environment and / or Research, Financial Analysis, Marketing, etc.
Conceptualizesand develops the design of flyers, property brochures, proposals or offeringmemoranda for the purpose of closing sales.
Developsand catalogs business intelligence for assigned sales team.
SourcesInvestment properties and brokerage investors by researching local and nationaldatabases. Tracks and reports on investor responses andcommunications.
Auditsand manages the update and maintenance of office transactions to includelistings and sales.
Analyzescompetitive and industry information and provides data and recommendations tothe team.
Providesclient services that enhance and expand business.
Activelyparticipates in client meetings.
Conductsproperty tours for clients; shows space and discusses property specifications.
RegularlyInterfaces with client, resolving complex issues, providing technical,marketing, or other information as requested.
Respondsto pricing and / or non-routine or more complex inquiries and develops proposalsin collaboration with team members.
Mayperform other duties as assigned.
Skills,Education and Experience :
Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
Currentreal estate sales license for State where work is performed
5+years experience in progressively responsible professional level marketing,sales, or communication jobs
3+years experience in the Real Estate industry; Newmark Grubb Knight Frankexperience preferred
Demonstratescreativity and professionalism in presenting marketing and sales data for adiversified audience
AdvancedMicrosoft Office Suite and website software skills
Excellentorganizational, communication (written, oral, telephone), customer service andpublic relations skills required.
Highlydeveloped presentation skills; demonstrated ability to present materials andsome complex information effectively in both one-
on-one and group situations
Demonstratesproblem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
Abilityto prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, and meet stringent deadlines
Mustpossess excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to speakclearly and persuasively, as well as listen and respond well toinquiries.
Demonstrate high level of group presentation skills andeffectively present numerical data.
Ableto work cohesively in a team environment
Ableto maintain confidentiality and integrity of data being reviewed by internaland external clients
Focuson problem solving, mathematical analysis and project management.
Knowledgeof accounting and business law helpful
Shouldhave advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software and Project Managementsoftware
