When GoJet Airlines was launched 2005, we served just five destinations and had a fleet of only five Bombardier CRJ700 aircraft in service for United Airlines.
Today GoJet serves over 4 million passengers annually, with more than 240 daily flights providing service to over 60 destinations.
We now provide service for both United Airlines and Delta Air Lines, and our fleet of five aircraft has grown to 47 CRJ700s, with 7 CRJ900s.
This unique program allows experienced pilots join GoJet as a Captain, rather than a First Officer. This program is ideal for First Officers at other regionals who meet Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times.
Current and qualified pilots from any scheduled US or international air carrier are eligible for up to $35,000 in new hire bonuses and may join carry over experience from another regional at a rate of 1 : 1.
Direct Entry Captains are also eligible for up to six months of early seniority.
$30,000 DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN NEW HIRE BONUS
All new hire Direct Entry Captains are eligible for a $30,000 new hire bonus, paid over one year.
ADDITIONAL $5,000 AIR CARRIER EXPERIENCE MATCH BONUS
Current and qualified pilots from any scheduled US or international air carrier are eligible for an additional $5,000 bonus.

$10,000 PER PILOT REFERRAL BONUS
We know that great pilots know other great pilots. That's why we pay GoJet pilots a $10,000 bonus for each successful pilot candidate they refer to the company.
And there's no cap on referrals, which means that pilots have the opportunity to earn a lot of extra cash.
