If so, you might love working as ROI’s Sales Operations Administrator!

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Operations Administrator must be highly organized and incredibly detail-driven.

You will support the end-to-end process of tracking our sales and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

On top of your CRM skills, you must be analytical. You get a kick out of diving into complex datasets and gleaning insights to provide strategic recommendations.

This means spending a lot of time using Excel to expedite and standardize reporting so you can spend more time solving Sales’ operational problems.

Collaboration in this role is key as you work with other departments to understand our service teams’ bandwidth and the marketing strategies that drive new leads to our Sales department.

This role is integral in helping our business to grow year after year in the dynamic digital marketing industry.

Essential Duties

  • Administer our sales process through our CRM in order to accomplish the operational work associated with the role.
  • Compile and analyze company-wide and sales-related data.
  • Proactively monitor sales operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Ensure all documentation used by the Sales team are properly maintained to reflect current products and pricing.
  • Assist in scheduling new business pitches between Client Service teams and external prospects
  • Manage sales reporting and commissions reporting for the Sales Team.
  • Draft and send service agreements to prospective clients.
  • Conduct interviews with prospects who decline service offerings.
  • Maintain Director of Sales’ inbox and calendar.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
  • Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
