Loungefly has become a premiere contemporary accessory company constantly striving to be cutting edge and creative. Based in Burbank, CA, Loungefly is available in Disney Parks, specialty stores and boutiques nationwide.

The Designer position is responsible for following creative direction and completing accessory / apparel projects and design revisions from buyers and licensors.

This role also involves pulling assets, designing for multiple categories that Loungefly sells, and working on retail and licensor presentations.

  • Current digital design portfolio link must be attached to application to be considered.
  • Design product development projects weekly from concept to finish
  • Complete design revisions from buyers and licensors on products
  • Work closely with leads & directors for creative direction and feedback on designs
  • Meet w PD and become knowledgeable in bag construction and price point restrictions
  • Layout presentation decks and format for email
  • Photoshop photo images for use in marketing and social media
  • Cad artwork onto existing silhouettes as needed
  • Create original artwork as needed
  • Participate in team brainstorms and design challenges
  • 2-3 years’ experience and a degree in graphic design, communication arts or illustration
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (experienced level)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Interest in apparel and accessory design
  • Interest in pop culture and a basic understanding of licensing
