Our Talent Acquistion is looking for a Sales Recruiter! As our sales recruiter, you will be the partner, trusted adviser and subject matter expert in all aspects of hiring to our mid-

market unit at Liveperson. In this role you will : Execution on mid- market sales and marketing recruitment plans along with the stakeholders involved for each role Own end to end recruitment process for sales and marketing roles, as well as other positions across the business Implement and utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates Conduct exploratory interviews in building pipeline for future roles Assist in the creation of role descriptions and detailed profiles for business partners Provide advice to C-

level executives and hiring managers related to candidate selection, interviewing, and selection Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine effectiveness of recruitment plans Regularly assess and report on the pipeline of candidates for frequently placed roles Identify and participate in networking activities, industry conferences and open houses to build relationships and connect with future talent Manage the candidate experience and positively promote and grow LivePerson’s employer brand Work with the local and global Talent Acquisition team in optimizing the recruitment process and tracking metrics for reporting purposes You should be an expert in : 5 years of recruiting experience in a technology / SaaS environment Open to Agency Recruiting Background Great network presence and skills within the technology industry Organized and conceptual thinking, plus the ability to make decisions both independently and collectively Strong desire to learn, grow and develop new skills and perspectives Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders Successful track record in implementing recruiting strategies in a growing organization Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including strong facilitation skills Ability to manage confidentiality concerning employee information We care about you.
