The Associate Director will have responsibility for Cadreon campaign performance metrics as well as overall business process and network eco-
system data as it relates to defining, designing, and interpreting campaign results for Cadreon Programmatic campaigns.
Provide essential campaign performance results via Datorama for Cadreon Programmatic campaigns, utilizing and comingling data from a variety of sources : Ad Server, DSP, 3rd party Verification, etc.
Perform ad-hoc and regularly planned analytics assignments and projects in support of the Campaign Management, Client Services and executive management teams utilizing Datorama data Visualization tools.
Interpret campaign performance, including media, creative, strategy and landing page, while providing creative insights and solutions to meet campaign needs
Work closely with Cadreon Programmatic Strategy team in media campaign reporting and analysis via performance Datorama Dashboards
Ability to analyze systems, processes and data flow, and recognize patterns and areas of inefficiency and opportunity
Perform both primary and secondary research in support of various projects
Bachelor’s Degree required
Concentration in Statistics, Business or other analytic discipline preferred
Work Experience :
4+ years of related business experience
Master of numbers and analytical insights
Data visualization software essential Datorama.
Advanced Datorama knowledge essential-Data streams, data transformations, Creating custom calculations and Measurements, Complex dashboard creation, etc.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
An independent, extremely reliable person who is capable of running and leading an analytic project, but willing to seek guidance as needed
Ability to apply statistical analysis methods and techniques utilizing appropriate software tools is helpful but not required
Strong ability to write concise and clear guidance based on insights from performance data
Strong knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
Knowledge of advanced analytics packages helpful (SAS, Tableau, Datamine, etc.)
Strong Familiarity and understanding working with advertising research and database tools, including Google DCM,, Data Service Providers (Trade Desk, Amobee, DV360, etc) Comscore, Nielsen, Datorama and other similar systems.
Familiarity with general IT and internet technologies as well as online Video in addition to display advertising
Strong knowledge of advertising metrics and analysis, including online / offline
