The Contract Compliance - IT Analyst will support the IT Shared Services (ITSS) and Engineering IT (EIT) organizations as primary POC for all compliance related activities.

He / she will stay abreast of IT organizational initiatives and partner with the IT organization in maintaining compliant cost recovery models in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

The Contract Compliance- IT Analyst is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis, audit support, and other special projects within the Government Accounting EIT function. This includes :

  • Support Forward Pricing Proposal Submissions as well as Final Incurred Cost
  • Perform quarterly review of actuals against FPRP
  • Support / update and ensure harmonization of the CASB Disclosure Statements for the ITSS and EIT organizations
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and special projects regarding Compliance issues
  • Prepare and conduct Compliance related training as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
  • Audit experience
  • Experience with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency).
  • Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards).
  • Experience in program finance, accounting or financial planning.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Must be a proactive, self-starter but also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels at the Divisions
  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Able to work with minimal day to day supervision
  • Strong computer knowledge (PeopleSoft & Queries, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Hyperion experience a plus)
  • Presentation skills
