Reviews equipment submittal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identifies each of the issues that surface during the review, and brings it to the attention of project management for clarification and resolution through the Request For Information (RFI) process.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field is preferred.
2 plus years of experience.
Able to read structural and architectrual contract drawings.
Experience with AutoCAD, Navis Works, Blue Beam.
Prefer someone that has experience with Revit.
Should be knowledgeable in a mechanical trade.
Should have basic understanding of current design software such as AutoDesk.
Working knowledge of drawing production and standard construction techniques and principles.
