Business, functional and system requirements gathering and documentation
Under general supervision, analyze, assess, plan, design, and implement operational and functional baselines
Provide support to create conceptual business models to identify relevant changes needed
Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Performing requirements analysis
Attend internal and external project meetings
Other duties as assigned
5+ years of experience developing business and functional requirements
SQL experience and database knowledge strongly preferred
Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design and working among a development team
Health insurance marketplace or Federal facilitated marketplace experience preferred
Must have experience working as a BA interfacing with technical teams
Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management and meeting management skills
