About The Opportunity
This position is responsible for conducting and supporting the maintenance program and safely run tool room equipment. Key Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct and support preventative maintenance program for dies
Perform insert and version changes
Manufacture and engrave molding logos
Safely run and understand tool room equipment, including grinders, lathes, saws and milling machines
Make support parts for auxiliary equipment and presses( i.e. hot stamp fixtures)
Essential to this Position
3-5 years of tool and die experience in a manufacturing environment.
Journeyman Tool Maker Certification required.
Understanding of basic plastics and the injection molding process, Basic metallurgy, Mechanical action, Industrial electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatic, Blueprint reading, CNC equipment, Measuring equipment, Mold components, computer literate.
Pay : $24.35 to $30.90 an hour depending on testing, double time on Sunday
Medical Insurance : Teamsters insurance : 90% / 10% PPO policy, Deductible $100 single, $200 family, Out of pocket max : $1,000 single, $2,000 family.
All premiums are paid by the company.
