    Hudson Management Group is currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

    This candidate should possess the following skills :

  • The right person will need to possess exceptional customer service skills.

    This position requires strong communication skills via phone, email and texting.

    Some responsibilities include :

  • Effectively manage assigned leads according to our process
  • Ability to engage with our customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Efficiently complete phone calls, emails, and text messaging
  • Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound service calls to book appointments
  • Outbound calls to current customer base to build on retention
  • Daily follow-up calls to improve customer loyalty
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Effectively communicate with the service team in order to meet customer needs
  • Requirements :

  • Service BDC Expierence (Preferred)
  • Strong phone skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
