    As part of the Event Marketing team, you will be joining a dynamic group of high-achievers who deliver all branding, lead gen, marcom, and event technology for our world-

    class industry events. This team is based in Atlanta, but our wider organization is truly global with offices around the world.

    About the Role

    The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and support the delivery of the mobile app for our MWC events.

    The Coordinator will be responsible for managing the CMS and users to ensure data integrity for both our app and web, as well as liaising with the wider teams to remedy any data issues.

    The role will also contribute to the project by assisting with scope definition, requirements documentation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.

    Responsibilities

  • Own the CMS and be the system expert for the organization which includes adding users, training them on the system, and solving data issues.
  • Maintain first-level support, both internally and externally, for project questions, app reviews, and client support
  • Perform data QA and resolve with the wider team
  • Manage execution of app sales products
  • Produce usage reports, as needed
  • Support the Project Manager, as needed.
  • About You

    The successful candidate will have at a minimum :

  • Experience in project support roles
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively problem-solve with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Document Sharing, and collaboration tools (e.
  • g., Asana, Basecamp, Slack, etc).

  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain flexible and adaptable under ambiguity; self-directed and positive.
