Conceptualize and develop campaigns and visual assets - web, social media, apps banners, emails, print, packaging, and apparel Build mood boards to visually explore digital experiences and content
Creative & Marketing
Create clean, modern designs incorporating clear visual hierarchy, readability, and good use of color, typography, space, etc.
Initiate collaboration with merchandisers, copywriters, and marketing managers in the production of consistent and captivating brand messages
Identify new opportunities to elevate our brand in the digital space, staying up to date on best practices in social media and UX Drive consistency in design treatments across campaigns using objective thinking to align with brand principals and standards
United States Create engaging content for websites and digital marketing efforts
Develop compelling print content, especially catalogues, that generates interest and drives action Create and specify art for print or electronic publication Advanced understanding of prepress & printing processes, and ability to produce print-
ready files Supervise printing with press checks as necessary You bring Strong design skills. There’s a certain degree of subjectivity here, but we feel like we know good design when we see it.
You should be someone who enjoys keeping up to date with industry trends and enjoys solving problems. An understanding of UX principles and an awareness that design means much more than the colors, layout and typography.
Collaborating with team and / or internal clients to identify visual needs for projects or campaigns Reviewing web apps and visuals, including user interfaces, created within the organization or by vendors to ensure alignment to current brand standards.

paced, high demand environment while meeting established deadlines Skills and Education : Degree or certificate in Graphic Design 7 years previous work experience (print and web) or a combination of combined relevant education and experience Strong design portfolio Experience with packaging and label design, and experience with industrial design considered assets Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC Creative Suite Exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles and awareness of design trends and innovation Ability to work creatively within established branding and marketing directives Flexible, collaborative and a team player Experience in a deadline driven environment and motivated by feedback Knowledge of various printing processes and pre-
