The Accelerator Manager role is cross-functional, incorporating Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Insights, Innovation, Finance, Supply and Commercialization / Technical responsibilities.
Though each manager will build 2-3 areas of particular expertise, they will be expected to work across different functions.
The Manager will be working directly with the Directors and Head of the Accelerator on a project basis to ensure brands in the Accelerator portfolio are growing to scale in an accelerated timeline.
This may include anything from creating a new consumer target group and strategy for a portfolio brand, to launching updated branding, to analyzing customer / retail data to identify new sales opportunities, to analyzing COGs in order to identify productivity opportunities.
FOR SECONDMENT : For those managers on secondment from their full-time teams, the expectation is that they will contribute 80% of their time to the Accelerator and 20% to their full-
time team, including attending full-time team meetings and continuing to lead limited ongoing work.
