In the Microsoft Devices Repair Experience and Warranty (CREW) organization, our job is to ensure customers of these devices have the best experience no matter where they are and what they want to achieve.

Our team purpose is to ensure customers receive a premium aftermarket service experience through relentlessly driving operational excellence across our global vendor network.

We are looking for the right candidate to lead and transform how we build and manage a scalable Authorized Service Partner Network to provide Surface customers access to fast repair services globally, drive repeatable and scalable processes that ensures minimum inconvenience to our customers and drive network performance and efficiency.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual to manage our order management business operations, reports, metrics, and work with key internal stakeholders across different organizations.

This person will oversee the day to day operations of order management and material order movements. They are responsible for reviewing the order process and proactively making necessary changes to increase productivity and efficiency as well as drive transformational change in the end to process.

Assist in overseeing the compliance of order fulfillment and material movement goals and monitor the activities accordingly.

They will be accountable for ensuring the timely resolution of incidents or issues and ensuring minimal impact on the Customer Experience.

They should be self-motivated, customer focused, analytical and data driven. The candidate will be a liaison with other departments (such as planning, exchange centers and or distribution centers) to support the customer priority based on changes in supply, product availability or changing customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Processing all material / stock order transfers and drive end to end order management processes
  • Ensuring seamless order flow with consumer orders
  • Proactively manage open orders and backlog
  • Process import as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes
  • Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance to organizational policies
  • Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all orders, goods in transit processes as well as preparation of order reports
  • Drive continuous improvements by proactively identifying and implementing operational enhancements for efficiency
  • Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
  • Drive transformation in end to processes to enable growth and scalability
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in Order Fulfillment processes, procedures, and knowledge of detailed data elements in Order Processing
  • Project Management skills
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP (5+ years),
  • Business Process Re-Engineering / Simplification
  • Functional knowledge of accounting practices
  • High customer service orientation
  • Detail-orientation and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate at different levels
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics
