  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Outbound phone calls / email & text
  • Customer Satisfaction phone calls
  • Answer in-coming phone calls
  • Work with pevious lease & retail customers
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries / messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Greet Customers

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Positive attitude and serious work ethic
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Drive to hit sales quotas and goals

  • Bilingaul perferred (Spanish Speaking)
