Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with leasing proposals and transaction management
  • throughout the lease negotiation process from LOI to

    execution and billing

  • Produce detailed financial models and analyses for
  • transactions of varying complexity to support the negotiations,

    including NPV, IRR, cash flows, etc.

  • Provide client deliverables including correspondence,
  • executive summaries, documents, presentations, proposals,

    financial and other reports as required

  • Demonstrate knowledge of retail trends, merchandising and
  • market trends

  • Collaborate with research and marketing to assist in the
  • preparation of marketing-for-leasing materials and

    presentations for retailers; the preparation and organization of

    all flyers, email distributions, merchandising plans and due

    diligence proposals (which include retailer and market

    information, sales analysis, tenant matrices and other

    analytical information)

  • Review and process lease requisitions including necessary
  • background and credit checks

  • Organize and participate in periodic client team meetings
  • and / or calls

  • Research and data assemblage including lease comp data
  • Create and maintain intranet sites (SharePoint) for client and
  • proCompetencies :

  • Initiate annual leasing assumptions and coordinate quarterly
  • forecasts with property teams

  • Coordinate Leasing Status Reports and Minutes on assigned
  • properties as required by clients

  • Manage transactions and sales through DealTrak and Dealio
  • Audit and review documentation on commission terms as well
