The Role

  • Recruit, train, and manage 15 Inside Sales Agents
  • Specific focus on DIY market (Do It Yourself systems without use of a professional installer)
  • All leads are warm no cold calling
  • Ideal Candidates

  • 2+ years Inside Sales leadership experience in home security market
  • You lead from the front. Safe Streets Inside Sales Managers spend the majority of their time live-coaching Inside Sales Agents through a process called 'co-selling,' where you and your agents will y-jack into the phone system and sell together
  • Familiarity with dialer and CRM systems
