Fully understand CRM application and how each sales team may benefit from the application. Continually update knowledge of Salesforce.
com through interaction with Salesforce.com Customer Success Manager and proactively manage Salesforce.com version releases.
Manage and lead our Marketing Technology Team.
Facilitate and own marketing technology design documents for complex integrations
Hands-on configuration / customization of the Salesforce product including but not limited to your development of Lighting components, utilization of APEX, management of DML limits, triggers, workflows, integrations as well as complex reporting.
You will be 60% developer and 40% team lead.
Skills you’ve already mastered :
6 - 10 years of Salesforce development experience
Apex Classes and Test Code
Experience writing Lightning components
Proficiency in SOQL and general database architecture
Research issues in-depth and develop robust / scalable solutions.

Skills you might have :
4 -6 years general development experience
Object orientated application development across a range of backend and front end technologies.
Hands on experience with other technologies within the sales & marketing ecosystem; Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Tools and A / B testing tools.
Salesforce Certifications, ideally, Salesforce Dev 1 Certification
