Maintenance Support Coordinator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure all work orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Enter and track work orders through SAP.
Assist Maintenance Manager with all clerical work.
Track safety work orders and print for monthly meetings.
File all work orders according to type and category.
Enter all weekly and daily PMs and issue weekly and daily PM work orders.
Run graphs and reports for Maintenance Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : High school degree or GED required. Requisitioner experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous clerical experience preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required
Two years experience with SAP preferred
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
