Maintenance Support Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ensure all work orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter and track work orders through SAP.
  • Assist Maintenance Manager with all clerical work.
  • Track safety work orders and print for monthly meetings.
  • File all work orders according to type and category.
  • Enter all weekly and daily PMs and issue weekly and daily PM work orders.
  • Run graphs and reports for Maintenance Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : High school degree or GED required. Requisitioner experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous clerical experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required
  • Two years experience with SAP preferred
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills
