We are building a world-class corporate marketing organization for our SolarWinds Application Management business unit and looking for a dynamic marketing professional with experience supporting corporate marketing programs across all phases of the buyer’s journey.
The Corporate Marketing Manager role is part of the global corporate marketing team reporting to the Director, Corporate Marketing for Application Management, and will collaborate with corporate marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and product management stakeholders to help develop and manage corporate marketing campaigns to support SolarWinds Application Management brand awareness through earned, owned and paid channels.
Be a part of cross-functional team developing and refining the creative direction and messaging that attracts new prospects and engages existing targets.
Help implement and drive integrated, corporate marketing programs that achieve market pull instead of market push, and which drive contact acquisition, opportunity engagement, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
Develop new ways to tell the story, across new channels that connect tech pros with technical knowledge and content, ultimately leading to higher response volumes and conversions for the SolarWinds Application Management suite of products Pingdom, AppOptics, Loggly, and Papertrail.
Manage the Application Management social media listening program and help drive strategy to build awareness, brand, and consideration.
Work closely with THWACK community team to cultivate customer engagement to drive awareness, reach, and participation.
Develop project timelines, define tasks and milestones, and manage external resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Collaborate closely with agencies and / or media partners to plan, implement, manage, and optimize campaigns utilizing social media, ad placement, content syndication, ad sponsorships, webinars, etc.
Use Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Excel to measure and provide detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness : send / open / CTR stats, opportunity creation, CPL, valid trials, conversion, ROI, etc.
Provide reports that give visibility into campaign effectiveness, making recommendations to address coverage gaps, and strategy for future campaign tactics based on performance analytical data and system best practices.
B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications or related field
3 5 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B or B2C, preferably in high-tech software or agency
Excellent project management, verbal and written communication skills
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and pilot multiple concurrent programs simultaneously
Creative, with meticulous attention to detail, to build an innovative brand
Self-starter who can thrive with minimal supervision
