What is the purpose of this position? Our Manager, Channel Sales will have responsibility for all aspects of business development within their assigned channel partner(s) including the development of the strategic partner plan(endorsed and executed by the specified partner), partner development, revenue attainment, forecasting, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
The Manager, Channel Sales will be responsible for conducting quarterly business plan reviews with strategic plan adjustments to insure quarter over quarter growth.

Forecast Accuracy : The Manager, Channel Sales will be expected to forecast their overall business within an acceptable range per quarter.
A hard commit will be tracked at the start of each new quarter to determine success. 2-Competition : Each Manager, Channel Sales will be expected to review competitive offerings within their assigned partner.
This should focus on competitive product, pricing, promotion, and path to market3-Vertical Markets : Each Manager, Channel Sales will be expected to identify possible vertical market focus of the partner(s) which represent new booking / revenue potential to Waystar Corp.
An update on these new vertical markets will be presented to the Executive Management team once a quarter during reviews.
