Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join an exciting new opportunity. The Project Analyst will initiates action to assist Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring and closing out multiple, complex projects and deliverables.
The Project Analyst will coordinate activities to identify program risks and develop mitigation plans, conduct analysis on complex program performance and risks, researches discrepancies, and prepare management reports and briefings.
This role will provide expertise to improve business strategy, internal processes and program performance.
The Project Analyst will identify program risks and develops mitigation plans. The Project Analyst will develop and maintain management reports, implementation schedules, and key performance parameters and provides input and assists with requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management.
This role will participates in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions across the team, conducts requirements analysis, maintains record of requirements, or portions thereof, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts.
The Project Analyst will assists the Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring, and closing out projects.
The Project Analyst will develop and maintain relationships with program managers and the team leads, creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules.
The Project Analyst will maintain program files in accordance with knowledge management and records management policies, collect data from a variety of sources and analyzes, summarizes, and incorporates data in reports, research, compile, and interpret historical program documentation, analyzes proposed capabilities, recommends COAs, and develops solutions to address areas of concern for shortfalls.
This role will organize, prioritize, and summarize the content of received deliverables and materials, information, requests, and meetings, participates in the preparation and conduct of program reviews.
The Project Analyst requires proficiency and proven capability in the below areas :
Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical data and status related to projects and programs
Knowledge of data and requirement gathering and business process analysis
Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk
Ability to support the Program Manager to evaluate, review, monitor, and report on program performance
Education & Experience Required :
7+ years project management experience with a High school diploma; or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Law, Government Contracting, Finance / Accounting, or related discipline and with 5+ years of project management experience
