One year of manufacturing experience required.

Read and understand manufacturing procedures and blueprints.
Maintain accurate and clear documentation for evidence that processes are being carried out in accordance with both internal and external regulations.
Document results on data sheets for processing in strict adherence to protocols.
Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes while maintaining a high level of concentration.
With the Group Lead or Supervisor, work proactively in addressing potential issues and apply real-time problem-solving skills when working towards a resolution.
Perform basic math calculations.
Work safely with hazardous solvents such as Isopropyl Alcohol and Acetone
Ability to maintain cleanliness in a FOD critical area.
Always conducting proper verification of materials before use.
Pressing materials using dead weight presses, hydraulic presses, and air over hydraulic presses.
Measure parts for proper column heights and weights using scales and drop indicators with accurate readings of measurements.
Confirm that proper instructions and documentations are present before starting up work.
Handle and dispose of all hazardous wastes in the proper manner and in compliance with our EH&S department.
Keep tools clean and well maintained and in their proper location.
Train and promote safe working habits. Actively support compliance with EH&S policies and regulatory requirements.
Keep manufacturing areas well stocked and clean for next production run.
