The IT Recruiter will focus on filling contract and direct placement opportunities for new and existing customers in the IT sector.


  • 3 years of IT recruiting experience.
  • Contract and Direct placement experience.
  • Self motivated.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and automated applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong investigative and a proactive approach to resourcing.

    Preferred a BA / BS degree in a business related field.
