About the Role
You will own a specific business unit to execute and manage all multi-channel demand generation programs. Our marketing team is growing and looking for that next person to bring not only a strong action-
oriented attitude, but someone who will contribute to the next level of success for Qualia.
Importantly, you will act as Qualia’s Editor-in-Chief ; managing all freelance contributors and ultimately be responsible for our editorial voice.
The person in this role acts as part brand marketer while also partnering cross-functionally with Comms and Product Marketing to drive awareness, leads, and more.
Beyond content creation, you will leverage content-based strategies ranging from content placements to paid amplification to partnership placements to achieve your goals.

Your day to day
Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue within a specific business unit.
Manage program goals and budget, and track campaign and portfolio performance.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities within focus business unit on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.
Own programs from initial conceptualization, execution of the creative process, program execution, and success measurement for a variety of channels including lead nurture campaigns, digital marketing programs, content syndication, etc.
Work closely with product and customer success to stay updated on new product and feature needs at different stages of the buyer’s journey.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and map initiatives to a campaign calendar.
Own and drive your calendar of integrated programs and communicate program timing with sales to ensure timely follow-up of incoming leads.
Your background that likely makes you a match
5-7 years of experience and a degree in a related field such as marketing or communications
Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to enterprise organizations
Experience in editorial and strategic content marketing, with a focus on business, finance or technology
Strong understanding of paid and organic media channels and how they relate to content and campaign promotion and amplification
Outstanding editing capabilities
Loves storytelling with excellent speaking, writing and editing skills
A strategic thinker capable of generating product and educational narratives
Track record of developing and managing a robust content development calendar
Gets energized from examining information, exploring new concepts and gets excited about innovating and new ways of working.
