The Food and Nutrition Specialist I provides excellentcustomer service while performing basic and routine duties and responsibilitiesin the cafeteria area.
Responsibilitiesinclude food preparation, displaying and serving food to all guests, washingdishes, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning.
Once trained, may also be responsible forringing up customers at a cash register. Responsible for replenishment of food and non-
food supplies, operationof cash registers, completion of cash reconciliation report and cleaning in thecafeteria. Helps provide set-
up, service, and clean up for cateringfunctions.
Minimum Education : High school diplomaor equivalent preferred.
Required Skills : Requires critical thinking skills, decisivejudgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to workin a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
