Summary :

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a OEM . The OEM Program Manager is responsible for delivering great customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage all internal procurement, production, engineering, and shipping activities to fulfill customer demands.

The OEM Program manager must be able to communicate the operational requirements and topics with customers, such as demand due dates, delivery plans, and E&O disposition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) :

  • Plan, coordinate, and control progress of projects, help to escalate and track abnormality, and drive deliverables with defined time frame.
  • Responsible for program developments, communications, trainings.
  • Coordinate material readiness with procurement team.
  • Coordinate demand delivery plans with production and PM teams and communicate delivery with customers. Track On-Time delivery performance.
  • Hold meetings with cross-functional teams to go over KPI performance, which may include forecast / back order status, material status, On-
  • Time delivery, and Excessive / Obsolete materials.

  • Develop necessary processes to support business models.
  • Qualifications :

  • BA / BS required
  • Master's degree in business or engineering degree, with Electrical Engineering degree is a plus
  • At least 3+ years in servers’ / computer design / manufacturing industrials
  • 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
  • Work efficiently with cross-functional teams, provide clean goals and guidance to team members, drive the team for targets
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, attention to details
  • Understand MRP logics, possess problem solving ability
