Customers come to AWS Marketplace to find, buy and launch thousands of software products on the Amazon Cloud.

We're looking for passionate and talented software development engineers to expand the reach of AWS Marketplace to customers, partners and vendors worldwide.

We're building document-driven systems that are flexible to new and ever changing regulations, yet simple enough to configure without engineering support.

We adding new capabilities weekly to allow our customers to run their business as best they can.

You will work on new features and green field projects where you will create significant positive impact for our customers.

You have a track record of success delivering new features, have thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality products and services in a hyper-

growth environment where priorities shift fast. You have strong design and implementation experience, have knowledge of web services and protocols and deep understanding of distributed systems architectures.

  • Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1+ years of industry experience.
  • MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Programming in C, C++, C# and / or Java in Linux and / or Windows environment.
  • Experience building scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services.
  • Experience with AWS services EC2, EBS, RDS, SWF, etc
  • Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
