The Interline Sales Coordinator at StratAir is generally responsible for assisting with inside sales, bookings, as well as transit and connection of shipments thru our Miami Hub.
Some of our interline traffic originates overseas, and necessitates coordination prior to its arrival at Miami and to destinations beyond.
The interline Sales coordinator will coordinate these specific shipments with our GSA Sales Agents, as well as our own Sales and Operational Personnel at different stations to which we operate.
Assist in coordinating bookings, follow up and resolve transit issues with interline partners Assist in coordinating bookings follow up and resolve transit issues with GSA and Sales partners Coordinate interline bookings between stations and interline partners to ensure proper connections and follow up of shipments while in transit and to the final destination.
Monitor bookings and insure all cargo and special needs of VAL, OVZ, HUM or Priority or Must GO shipments arrive to destination within their projected arrival times / dates.
Review, Obtain and / or provide quotes to the interline Partners, GSA and Sales Partners. Provide forwarding and flight confirmation information to Interline, GSA and sales partners upon completion of freight movement.
