Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
Assists the CEO with all administrative duties
Organizes and schedules department events / meetings. Schedules interviews and appointments.
Prepares the administrative / operations reports, monthly calendars and other regulatory documents.
Performs a wide variety of typing assignment that are often confidential in nature.
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems. Classifies, and files correspondence, records and other regulatory documents.
Answers inquiries concerning activities and operations by interpreting policies and procedures.
Opens and distributes mail, and prepare responses to routine inquiries.
Screens telephone calls and routes to appropriate individuals.
Processes and distributes paperwork for employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
Processes all application forms. Prepares files and coordinates, in cooperation with Corp. HR, all necessary new hire forms.
Maintains employee personnel files, insuring accurate and up-to-date information.
