Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.

Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.

Tasks :

  • Assists the CEO with all administrative duties
  • Organizes and schedules department events / meetings. Schedules interviews and appointments.
  • Prepares the administrative / operations reports, monthly calendars and other regulatory documents.
  • Performs a wide variety of typing assignment that are often confidential in nature.
  • Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems. Classifies, and files correspondence, records and other regulatory documents.
  • Answers inquiries concerning activities and operations by interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Opens and distributes mail, and prepare responses to routine inquiries.
  • Screens telephone calls and routes to appropriate individuals.
  • Processes and distributes paperwork for employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
  • Processes all application forms. Prepares files and coordinates, in cooperation with Corp. HR, all necessary new hire forms.
  • Maintains employee personnel files, insuring accurate and up-to-date information.
