Job Description (Please provide summary of the position) :

Verification of Immigration related documents ( visa petition documents / I-9 etc ) for accuracy.

Updating details in MS Access database / Excel.

Scanning and filing of documents.

Preparation of simple reports in excel.

Follow up with & sending updates to associates / managers through email and calls.

Responsibilities :

1. LCA preparation : Data updation, scanning and filing.

2. USCIS Notices updation and scanning

3. Interaction with associates, managers through phone and email.

4. I-9 follow-up and system updation and verification.

5. Check management and updation.

Any Bachelor's degree.
