Stearns Lending is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing a staffing strategy to identify, recruit and hire the best talent.
This individual will need to be creative and driven with a proven track record of excellent client relations and demonstrated ability to have consistent and positive impact in a fast-
paced, growing work environment. This individual should also have a proven track record of success in collaborating and providing quality service to Branch Managers, Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
This role is located at our Lewisville, TX headquarters and reports directly to the VP, Sales Development.
