The Clinical Nurse Educator position is a field-based position within Medical Affairs reporting to the Associate Medical Director
Obtain and maintain full proficiency in disease state and product knowledge
Primary role is to provide non-promotional educational programs for residency and mid-level training programs, community institutions, hospitals, and health care providers
Proactively and reactively coordinate customer facing educational activities
Assist in training and certifying new Sales Representatives
Work cross-functionally to identify customer education needs
This role provides a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to have an integral role in addressing an unmet medical need
Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated effectiveness to work cross-functional and independently
Demonstrated effective presentation skills
Demonstrated organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to be adaptable to changing work environments and responsibilities
Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
BSN, MSN degree required.
5+ yrs. clinical experience in healthcare to include hospital, pharmaceutical or biotech
Nurse educator experience preferred
Women's Health experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to travel >
