upcompanies all the way to multi-billion-dollar global private companies. With a diverse portfolio of interesting andchallenging work, you’ll make an impact on some of the most technicallydemanding tax planning and compliance projects around.

Having gained amplesupport and training from some of the most knowledgeable colleagues in theindustry, there will be opportunities to progress to manager.

Your key responsibilities

We’ll look to you to support ourmanagers through partners in providing tax services. You’re likely to balanceyour time between compliance and planning, focusing on and interacting directlywith our clients.

These clients will private entities (including C-Corp, S-Corpand Partnerships) as well as individuals / families with ultra-

high net worth,and expectations to match. That will make you a trusted advisor and role modelfor our people across multiple teams, making this a great place to develop adiverse network of collaborative colleagues.

  • Researching tax issues to developeffective tax planning strategies
  • Open to all types of tax work fromentity to individual
  • Translating complex data from arange of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
  • Building effective long-termrelationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs to provide atailored service
  • Communicating complex tax issues tonon-tax professionals and clients
  • Maintaining your reputation in yourfield by constantly updating and sharing your technical and finest practiceknowledge
  • Managing, coaching and developing ateam of tax professionals, reviewing work and helping to confirm they have theknowledge, tools and opportunities they need to excel
  • Identifying and reacting to risks andopportunities to improve our services and processes
  • To qualify for the role you musthave

  • A bachelor's degree in a relatedfield, supported by significant tax or financial planning experience
  • Have obtained or have activeprogress towards a CPA certification or membership in The Bar
  • A thorough understanding ofautomated tax processing systems
  • Excellent collaboration andnegotiation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues andstakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Minimum of 3 years of workexperience in professional services or professional tax organization
  • A commitment to continuing yourlearning
  • Ideally, you’ll also have technicalcompetency in one or more of these areas

  • Experience with federal and statepersonal and trust taxation
  • Experience with flow throughentities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLC’s)
  • Experience with C-Corps includingincome tax provisions and consolidated federal and state tax returns
  • Experience with high net-worth taxplanning
  • An understanding of estate andwealth planning
